Use:

• Take the weighing spoon/handle and hold it with the display facing up.
• Take the desired holder/spoon and hold it with the opening upwards.
• Attach both together by carefully guiding the fork of the holder/spoon into the handle.
• Keep the weighing spoon horizontal until further instructions are given.
• Press the TARE-button to switch on the weighing spoon.
• In case a symbol of a battery appears on the left of the display or nothing is visible at all:
  • Switch off weighing spoon by pressing 3 sec. the TARE-button.
  • Then replace the batteries (these are located at the bottom of the handle near the suspension eye).
  • Repeat all of the above steps.
• If necessary, change the weighing unit by pressing the MODE-button. On the right side of the display you can see which unit is active (g, oz, gn or ct).
• When the weight on the display before weighing is different from 0:
  • Briefly press the TARE button to set the zero value.
• Place the product to be weighed into the holder/spoon.
  • By briefly pressing the TARE-button the weight can be tarred.
  • If "0-Ld" appears, the weight is too large. Reduce the amount to be weighed.
• Read the weight on the display.
  • If desired, the weight can be held by pressing the HOLD-button.
  • By pressing this button again you return to normal weighing mode.
• Empty the holder/spoon after weighing.
• Switch off the weighing spoon by pressing the TARE-button for 3 seconds.
• Detach the holder/spoon from the handle by carefully pulling it apart.
• Clean the used holders/spoons.
• Store the holders/spoons and handle on a suitable place.
